We look forward to gathering with volunteers for our Annual Macroinvertebrate Survey! Sign up for one of the dates and times above for a day filled with river critters and citizen science. There will be two prior Zoom training dates available: Wednesday October 14 at 6:30 PM and Thursday October 22 at 6:30 PM. If you are volunteering on Saturday the 17th, you must attend the first training. If you are volunteering on Saturday the 24th, you may attend the either the first training or the second.
If you'd like to learn more about the process and why we sample for these creatures, but do not want to participate in the sampling, you are more than welcome to participate in the training. For more information email us at outreach@pomperaug.org.
