PRWC Submits Testimony on Proposed Oxford Power Plant

The Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition (“PRWC”) is making use of our science and research in our review of and comment on the proposed power plant in Oxford, CT specifically related to its potential impact on water resources.

Participating as a Party in DOCKET NO. 192B - CPV Towantic, LLC Motion to Reopen and Modify the June 23, 1999 Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need, PRWC submitted pre-filed testimony that we hope will further an understanding of the significance that water resource issues have in determining the viability of the project.
