Raffle for the River Awesome Prizes

It's time again for the Earth Day Raffle for the River!!! Tickets $5 each. Drawing on April 21, 2018 at 3:00PM at Woodbury Earth Day, Woodbury, CT. Need not be present to win! Stop by the Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition office to purchase your tickets today! And, look for us out in the community selling tickets in the next couple weeks! PRWC extends a big thank you to our raffle prize donors - New Morning Market, Class Cycles, Woodbury Farm Market, The Farm, Pine Meadow Gardens and Echo Bay Marina.

Raffle proceeds benefit the Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition's work to protect and restore local water resources. Shown in the photo (left to right) are donors Greg Meghani of Class Cycles in Southbury with the Cannondale Adventure 2 Hybrid with kickstand and water bottle cage, Carol Haskins, Woodbury Earth Day Committee, Chair and Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition's Outreach Director, John Pittari of New Morning Market in Woodbury with a $500 Gift Card to New Morning Market; and Joe Donato of Woodbury Farm Market with the MiniMax Big Green Egg. Additional raffle prizes (7 in all) include an 18-week CSA Farm Share for two people at The Farm; a Selection of Perennial Plants donated by Pine Meadow Gardens; and a full-day boat rental on Candlewood Lake from Echo Bay Marina.

Tickets are available at the PRWC office located at 39 Sherman Hill Road, Suite C103 in Woodbury. Tickets will also be on sale at Hollow Park during Woodbury Earth Day on April 21, where the drawing is set to take place at 3:00 PM. Ticket holders need not be present to win
