Constitutional Amendment on the November Ballot

We call your attention to a constitutional amendment (S.J. 35) on the November ballot (Question 2). The ballot title is: “Connecticut Legislation Requirements to Transfer State Properties Amendment”. The information that follows is intended to provide you background information to make an informed vote. We and numerous other environmental organizations throughout the State see it as an important amendment that once approved will provide for a public hearing on matters pertaining to the sale of State lands. PRWC recommends a yes vote in favor of the amendment and we ask for your consideration and support.
