Southbury Plan of Conservation and Development Seeks Input for Update

The POCD from 2012 needs to be updated as required by the state every 10 years. The update will serve as a guide for future growth and development of Southbury for the next ten years. The POCD will foster the vision for housing, business and infrastructure development as well as parks, open space, historic and natural resources protection and sustainability. The town is asking for input from residents, community members, businesses, and organizations.

Responses can be made through the online survey on the town website. Paper copies are also available. All responses are confidential. Responses are accepted until October 20, 2021.
