Town of Southbury Proposed Fracking Waster Ordinance

The Southbury Board of Selectman are scheduled to discuss a proposed local ordinance concerning fracking waste at its Thursday, February 1, 2018 meeting at Town Hall starting at 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting along with the draft ordinance including explanatory comments can be found on the Town’s website at: southbury-ct.org.
