Resources from Private Well Drinking Water Forum Available

With support from the Southbury Community Trust Fund and the Connecticut Community Foundation, PRWC hosted a Private Well Drinking Water Forum on October 23 at Southbury Town Hall. Presenters included PRWC, CT Department of Public Health and the Pomperaug District Department of Health. The program also offered table top displays by a number of local well water and water quality analysis experts. The program was very well attended and feedback has been extremely positive. For those who were not able to attend, PRWC has posted the presentations and links to important material on its website. Proper use of private well water is often overlooked.
